GoodWe ESA: restart the system
If only the app has dropped out, try the small fix first. Hold the Reload button on the WiFi stick for 1 to 3 seconds. Don't hold it longer than 6 seconds, that wipes its settings.

Turn it off
- Turn off the BACK-UP breaker, then the GRID breaker.
- Press and hold the button on any battery for 5 seconds. All the batteries go off.
- Turn off the battery switch on every battery.
- Turn off the inverter's DC switch, then wait a few minutes.
Turn it back on
- Turn on every battery switch, then briefly press the button on one battery.
- Turn on the inverter's DC switch.
- Turn on the GRID breaker, then the BACK-UP breaker.

GoodWe has no restart video, so this one is from Solaire Connect in Perth. It holds the battery button for longer when starting up. GoodWe's manual says a brief press does it.
