Off-grid region
Off-grid power across the Wimmera and Grampians.
Big skies, long distances, and properties where the grid was never going to reach in the first place.
The country
What the Wimmera & Grampians asks of a system.
Out through Stawell, Horsham and the country around the Grampians, standalone power is often the only sensible option rather than an alternative to a connection. Distances between properties are large, and so are the distances a service call has to travel.
That shapes how we build here. We over-specify on reliability and on remote monitoring, because the cost of a callout is measured in half a day of driving. Systems in this country get the more conservative design, the better-supported equipment and the automatic generator changeover more often than not.
- Conservative sizing and redundancy — a callout is a long way away
- Remote monitoring so faults are diagnosed before anyone gets in a vehicle
- Automatic generator changeover specified more often than in closer country
- Water pumping and stock loads built into the design from the start

Towns we work in
Across the Wimmera & Grampians.
These are the centres we're regularly in. If your property isn't near one of them, ask anyway — off-grid is the work we'll travel for.
Other regions
Everywhere else we go off-grid.

Off-grid in the Wimmera & Grampians?
Tell us where the property is, what's on it and what you need to run. We'll tell you honestly whether standalone power stacks up, and what it would take.
