The peninsula splits into two quite different jobs. Permanent homes around Frankston, Mornington and Mount Eliza behave like any good suburban roof. Holiday houses do not — they sit empty for weeks then run hard for a fortnight, and a system sized on annual averages will get both halves wrong.
