The inner north has both the housing stock and the appetite: period homes on modest blocks, mostly still on gas, and owners who have usually done the reading before they call.
Full electrification stacks up particularly well here. The savings come as much from removing gas hot water and gas heating as from the panels, and the supply charge disappears once the last appliance goes. The constraint is roof area, so hot water and climate often deserve the attention before the array gets any bigger.
