FranklinWH: restart the system
Your home will lose power while the system is off. Do the steps in order.
Turn it off
- Turn off the grid breaker.
- Press the aPower switch on every battery to off. It sits flush with the case and the light strip goes out.
- Turn off the aPower breaker, then the solar breaker.
- Turn off the backup breakers, and the generator breaker if you have one.
- Turn off the aGate power switch.
Turn it back on
- Turn on the aGate power switch and the aPower breakers.
- Press the aPower switch on each battery, one at a time.
- Wait 5 minutes for the bottom of the light strip on the aPower to come on.
- Turn on the grid breaker. The grid icon lights up in the app.
- Turn on the solar breaker, then the backup breakers.
