Sungrow: restart the system
A restart clears most communication faults. Do the steps in this order, Sungrow's manual is firm about it.
Turn it off
- Turn off the AC switch. It is next to the inverter, or in the switchboard labelled main switch inverter supply.
- Turn the DC switch on the inverter to OFF.
- Wait about 10 minutes.
Turn it back on
- Turn on the AC switch.
- If you have a battery, turn its switch on and power it up.
- Turn the DC switch on the inverter to ON. The light on the inverter shows blue when it is running.
