Your battery keeps running while it is offline, you just lose the app. SigenStor needs a 2.4 GHz WiFi network.

If the app can still see your system
- In mySigen, tap Settings, then System settings, then Connectivity, then WLAN.
- Pick your network and type the password. A green Connected means it worked.
- If an Ethernet cable is plugged in, the system always uses that. Unplug it to use WiFi.
If the system is offline (new router or password)
- Take off the top and side covers. The QR code is on the right hand side.
- In mySigen, go to Settings, then Local connection, and scan the QR code.
- Join the system's own hotspot when your phone asks.
- Pick your WiFi, type the password and press join.
- If your phone can't join the hotspot, restart the system and try again. The Springers Solar video shows how.

Sigenergy's video covers a system the app can still reach. For a system that has lost its router, the second video is from Springers Solar in Queensland.
