Korobeit
What Korobeit needs from a system.
Korobeit is a small locality about five kilometres north of Myrniong and around 18 kilometres north west of Bacchus Marsh. Our Lady Help of Christians church is its landmark and the only public building most people would notice.
Few people live here and most properties are working farms or rural blocks. The most useful thing to know about a property like this is the supply: whether it is single or three phase, how long the line is from the road and what the biggest motor on the place is.

Questions
Asked about solar in Korobeit.
- What difference does the length of my driveway make?
- A long driveway means a long cable run to the meter or the shed, and long runs need thicker cable to keep the losses down. We measure the route and size the cable for it.
- What size solar system suits a home around Korobeit?
- The systems we have finished nearest to Korobeit run from about 5.5 kW to 22.5 kW, and the middle of that is about 11.5 kW. Your bill and your roof set the real number.
- What battery sizes have you installed near Korobeit?
- Anything from 5.5 kWh to 48 kWh on recent jobs nearby, with about 23 kWh most typical. Your evening and overnight use sets the size.
- Do you work with single phase and three phase supply near Korobeit?
- Yes. Our recent jobs nearby include both, and the inverter is chosen to match the supply at your place.
- Who handles the connection to the power network?
- We do. The connection application is part of the job.
