Working across Hepburn Shire.
Hepburn Shire is one of our two home shires and has been since the beginning. It runs from the spa towns through to the goldfields around Creswick and Clunes, and the conditions change a lot across it.
The consistent themes are cold winters, heavy tree cover in the south of the shire, and a lot of period housing with high heating loads. All three push in the same direction: size carefully, survey shading properly, and look at hot water and heating as seriously as at the panels.
