What we found
Trading: Google still lists Town & Country Solar as open (65 reviews); its website http://www.towncountrysolar.com.au/ still loads; ABN 20811629467 (The Trustee for Flak Business Trust) is still active.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
