What customers said
The 5 star reviews say
The single 5-star review, from March 2022, praises the company after an inverter failed about a year past warranty. Shellharbour Solar advised the customer to claim a replacement through the installer and supplier, which the reviewer says was done free of charge, and they note the company could have sold them a replacement instead.
