Why we think this
Under threat because Solar Directory archived its listing on 15 August 2024 because its website stopped working; https://ritepricesolar.com.au/ does not answer (URLError). Still trading signs: Google still lists Rite Price Solar as open (6 reviews); ABN 95161169553 (RITE PRICE ROOFING PTY LTD) is still active. Only its website has gone. Check Google, the phone number and the ABN before treating it as closed.
One sign of trouble (a cancelled name or ABN, a dead website, a run of one star reviews) but not enough to call it closed.
What customers said
The 5 star reviews say
The 5-star reviews praise the sales staff (Salma, Neeraj, Hayden) for clear explanations, helpful advice on system choice and rebates, and quick, instant quotes, and they praise installers for being quick, tidy, friendly and efficient. These comments come from the sale and install stages.
The 1 star reviews say
The single 1-star review complains about unreliable booking: a deposit was taken but the batteries were not on hand on the day, the booking manager was rude and gave no clear timeline, unfinished work was not followed up by phone, and a quote rose by $1,200. It says the installers were polite and professional.
