Why we think this
Under threat because Solar Directory archived its listing on 13 August 2024 because its website stopped working; http://www.purcellelectrics.com.au/ does not answer (500). Still trading signs: Google still lists Purcell Electrics as open (6 reviews). Only its website has gone. Check Google, the phone number and the ABN before treating it as closed.
One sign of trouble (a cancelled name or ABN, a dead website, a run of one star reviews) but not enough to call it closed.
What customers said
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise prompt ordering, delivery and installation of solar panels, good workmanship and price, and a helpful electrician who talked a customer through a power fault over the phone. These comments come from just after the sale or install.

The evidence
Installer gone? We look after orphaned systems.
If the company that put in your solar or battery has closed, we can check the system, chase the manufacturer's warranty and keep it running.
