Why we think this
Under threat because WhySolar lists it as collapsed: Deregistered (2019). Sydney installer that ceased operations. Still trading signs: Google still lists Platinum Solar Group as open (383 reviews); its website https://www.platinumsolargroup.com.au/ still loads. One more independent source would confirm it as closed.
The date comes from: Last SolarQuotes review (last seen trading).
One sign of trouble (a cancelled name or ABN, a dead website, a run of one star reviews) but not enough to call it closed.
What customers said
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the sales consultants for listening, honest and non-pushy advice, and competitive pricing, the installers for neat, tidy and professional work, and the admin team and installer Nathan for sticking with breaker issues after install.

Installer gone? We look after orphaned systems.
If the company that put in your solar or battery has closed, we can check the system, chase the manufacturer's warranty and keep it running.
