What we found
Trading: Google still lists NextGen Solutions as open (12 reviews); its website http://ngs.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 1 star reviews say
The reviewer says the installation was still incomplete after two attempts, with panels shaded by a 300mm obstruction, mounting frames fitted into roof channels, a bank of frames moved onto a neighbour's roof, and roofing nails showing through the roof. They say they will cancel the order if not satisfied the next day.
