What we found
Trading: Google still lists Next Phase Energy | solar energy experts in Melbourne as open (11 reviews); its website http://www.nextphaseenergy.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the sales stage: a prompt, thorough and honest site visit and quote, with fixed pricing and clear explanations that avoided upselling. They also praise the install stage, saying the team arrived on time, worked neatly and kept to the promised timeframe.
