What we found
Trading: Google still lists New England Solar Power as open (22 reviews); its website https://www.newenglandsolarpower.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
The two 5-star reviews praise the company as very good to deal with, and one says the quote was higher than out-of-town quotes but matched another local supplier. Both comments relate to the sales stage.
