What we found
Trading: Google still lists Neon Solar Systems as open (34 reviews); its website https://neonsolar.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

5 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the sales staff (Graham, Dev and Moss) for being informative, prompt and helpful, the installers for being careful, tidy and on time, and the systems themselves, with one reviewer saying the install already saved money. These comments cover the sale and install stages only.
