What we found
Trading: Google still lists Neo Energy as open (97 reviews); its website http://www.neoenergy.com.au/ still loads; it had a SolarQuotes review on 7 September 2026.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
Both 5-star reviews praise the sales contact Matt for being responsive, listening to requirements and visiting site, and the installation by owner Danny and his team for being smooth, tidy and knowledgeable. Reviewers also say post-install questions were answered promptly, and one gave a week of running the system as a positive note.
