What we found
Trading: Google still lists National Solar Services as open (36 reviews); its website https://www.nationalsolarservices.com.au/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=gmb&utm_campaign=gmb_organic still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
8 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
The 5-star reviews praise the installation quality, on-time crew, and clear communication during the install, plus a good price on an upsized system bought through an online auction. One reviewer also said the system performed as needed after install.
The 1 star reviews say
The 1-star review complains about poor fine print, slow and unhelpful follow-up after an auction purchase, no proof of Workcover or third party insurance, repeatedly cancelled install dates with no new date, and a deposit paid for months with no install.
