What we found
Trading: its website http://murcottelectrical.com.au/ still loads; it had a SolarQuotes review on 31 August 2026.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
4 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the sale stage, with Chris giving detailed advice, options, projections and layout illustrations, and the install stage, with punctual, tidy tradespeople, attention to detail and paperwork and grid connection handled without fuss. Reviews are all from the sale and install period, with no comments on after-sales support.
