The 5 star reviews say

Reviewers praise the sales staff for being honest, easy to deal with and not pushy, the paperwork being handled, fast installation (about two weeks), and efficient, professional installers who kept customers informed. Praise is mostly from the sale and install stage, with no reviews of after-sales support.

The 1 star reviews say

Complaints centre on the finance agreement (extra payments and high interest), roof damage from a subcontracted installer that the company was reluctant to fix, hard-pressure sales with no tangible savings, a sub-contracting arrangement not disclosed to customers, and a switch of brand (Inverter Solar to Massive Solar) with a faulty inverter that was never fixed, unanswered calls and no engineer visit.

Is this wrong?

If you run this business, worked there or know better, tell us. We check every request and fix the page when the records support it.

Your installer is on this list?

Your panel, inverter and battery warranties sit with the manufacturers, not the installer, so they usually still stand. The installer's own workmanship warranty usually ends with the business. Keep your invoice and serial numbers. If the system needs a check or a repair, we can help.

Installer gone? We look after orphaned systems.

If the company that put in your solar or battery has closed, we can check the system, chase the manufacturer's warranty and keep it running.
