What we found
Trading: no closure signals found.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
Five-star reviews praise the sales process and installation: prompt scheduling, polite and tidy installers, clear explanations, and the price discount for fast payment. Reviewers also mention good after-sales service on earlier air conditioning work, though most reviews are from 2011 to 2012 and several are blank.
The 1 star reviews say
The single one-star review, from 2026, complains that a Sonnen battery system was faulty from the start, service calls took up to 12 weeks to get a reply, the fault was not properly explained and took over three years to fix across four call-outs, and the reviewer was offered written compensation.
