What we found
Trading: its website https://www.mahoneydasilva.com.au/ still loads; it had a SolarQuotes review on 2 November 2026.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the owners Dave and Evan for in-person site inspections before quoting, honest and competitive pricing, clear explanations, and tidy, punctual installs by qualified electricians who did the work themselves. Several also mention helpful post-install support such as commissioning help, app setup, and grid connection paperwork.
