What we found
Trading: Google still lists Livesay Electrical as open (7 reviews); its website http://www.livesayelectrical.com/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

2 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Both 5-star reviews praise the install crew, with one describing a same-day install that ran late to finish the job, and the whole process from quote to install being trouble free. Both reviews are about the sale and installation stages only.
The 1 star reviews say
