What we found
Trading: http://www.livenergy.com.au/ does not answer (URLError), but the business is plainly still trading (Google still lists LIV Energy Pty Ltd as open (43 reviews); ABN 47667401998 (LIV ENERGY PTY LTD) is still active), so we read that as the website blocking our check, not a closure.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
The one 5-star review praises how quickly the installer called back, the easy process, and the friendly installer who reviewed the electricity bill and offered three options at a good price, with quick installation, shortly after the sale and install.
