Why we think this
Under threat because Solar Directory archived its listing on 26 August 2026 because its website stopped working; http://www.kresselec.com.au/contact-kresselec.cfm does not answer (URLError). Still trading signs: Google still lists Kresselec as open (2 reviews). Only its website has gone. Check Google, the phone number and the ABN before treating it as closed.
One sign of trouble (a cancelled name or ABN, a dead website, a run of one star reviews) but not enough to call it closed.
What customers said
The 5 star reviews say
Two 5-star reviews (2012 and 2020) praise the technicians Marc and Tim as thorough, competent and easy to work with, for an air-conditioner install and ongoing solar maintenance. Both were written after the work was done.

The evidence
Installer gone? We look after orphaned systems.
If the company that put in your solar or battery has closed, we can check the system, chase the manufacturer's warranty and keep it running.
