What customers said
The 50 most recent of its 70 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the sales and quoting stage (clear quotes, sales staff like Luke and Emma explaining options and visiting homes), the tidy and punctual installation, and good communication kept during the install, with several noting competitive pricing and quality panels and inverters. Most of these reviews were written soon after installation.
The 1 star reviews say
One reviewer says the company closed and they doubt it will honour a recall after receiving a non-conformance letter from the electrical authority. Another says that after install they were given false explanations for poor system performance, the company was unhelpful for months and abusive on the phone, and a fault (a blown string fuse) went unfixed for over two years until a separate electrician found it.
