What we found
Trading: Google still lists KDEC Electrical & Solar as open (151 reviews); its website https://kdec.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the sales and quoting stage as prompt, clear and honest, the installation crew as punctual, tidy and professional (many noting their own employees rather than subcontractors), and the after-install follow-up and grid connection help as efficient and satisfactory.
