What we found
Trading: Google still lists Instant Solar as open (92 reviews); it had a SolarQuotes review on 18 October 2026. Watch: https://instantsolarandbattery.com.au/ now redirects to https://instantsolar.com.au/.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said

The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the early sales process: a thorough needs analysis, clear and transparent quotes, same-day quoting, and staff such as Sam and Gavin who explained options well. They also praise the installation itself, including tidy workmanship, punctual teams, and a system that has run without issues.
