What we found
Trading: Google still lists Howrah Plumbing as open (549 reviews); its website https://howrahplumbing.com.au/?utm_source=GBP&utm_medium=local still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
Both 5-star reviews praise the sales stage: Jonathan's clear explanations, prompt answers to questions, and honest advice that avoided overselling a bigger system or cheaper panels. One also says the installers arrived on time and the quoting process was easy to compare.
