Why we think this
Under threat because Business name Himalayan Solar & Electrical Solutions cancelled on 1 November 2026. Still trading signs: Google still lists Himalayan Solar and Electrical Solution as open (1 review); ABN 29700214035 (NEXTGEN ELECTRICAL PTY. LTD.) is still active; ABN 75404242158 (DORJI, SHERUB) is still active. Only a business name has been cancelled. That can mean the business closed, or just that it now trades under another name or ABN. A second source (ABN cancelled, Google closed, dead website) would confirm a closure.
The date comes from: ASIC business names: Business name Himalayan Solar & Electrical Solutions cancelled.
One sign of trouble (a cancelled name or ABN, a dead website, a run of one star reviews) but not enough to call it closed.
