What we found
Trading: Google still lists Hembrows Electrical as open (97 reviews); its website https://www.hembrows.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
The 50 most recent of its 61 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
The 5-star reviews praise the sale and install stage: an honest, value-for-money salesperson, a tailored system, knowledgeable installers who were employees rather than contractors, and a good after-sale response when an inverter failed. Several also report the system paying for itself or saving money on bills.
The 1 star reviews say
The 1-star reviews complain about support after installation: a system that kept showing an error code from the day it was connected, repeated calls over weeks with no electrician returning them, and a message that was never received. One reviewer says they will report the company.
