What we found
Trading: Google still lists Harvey Norman Commercial Division as open (37 reviews).
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
26 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the service, detailed quotes with alternatives, willingness to negotiate, quick installation and friendly tradesmen, with some mentioning interest-free finance. These comments were made around the sale and install stage.
The 1 star reviews say
The single 1-star review says the solar hot water system was never properly installed, so the household's electricity bills stayed high for years. The reviewer also says prices were inflated while the rebate was available, and only found out the installation fault after querying the bills much later.
