What we found
Trading: Google still lists Grow Energy as open (72 reviews); its website http://www.growenergy.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
4 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
No 5-star reviews were provided, so there is nothing to report on praise at any stage of the sale, install or after-sale period.
The 1 star reviews say
The single 1-star review describes woeful service and communication, and says the reviewer lost thousands of dollars through delays and incompetence. It does not say at which stage these problems occurred.
