What we found
Trading: its website https://www.greenultimate.com.au still loads; it had a SolarQuotes review on 27 October 2026.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
The 50 most recent of its 88 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise friendly, polite and honest sales reps who explained options clearly, including payment plans and interest free government loans, and installers who did tidy work. Many also note regular check-ins, system repairs and maintenance years after install, and repeat purchases of batteries.
The 1 star reviews say
Both 1-star reviews describe systems that did not work after installation, with calls and emails to the company going unanswered for months, and one reviewer raising a complaint with Fair Trading. One reviewer says their power bill tripled.
