What we found
Trading: Google still lists Greener Housing Solutions as open (89 reviews); its website http://www.greenerhousingsolutions.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
20 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the sales process as clear, honest and free of hard selling, with staff such as Darren and Thea explaining options and handling questions patiently. Installation is described as prompt and professional, and several reviewers say after-service and monitoring setup were helpful.
The 1 star reviews say
The single 1-star review says the system did not operate properly from day one, the customer received high electricity bills with no credits despite repeated complaints, and after payment the company stopped responding until the reviewer contacted it about three years later.
