What we found
Trading: Google still lists Grand Solar as open (65 reviews); its website http://www.grandsolar.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the quoting and sales process as clear and straightforward, the installers as punctual, tidy and professional, and the after-sales support, including remote monitoring and follow-up calls, as responsive. Praise runs across sale, install and later stages, with several reviews from years after installation.
The 1 star reviews say
Both 1-star reviews concern the period before or around installation: one says the company cancelled a job a week before install unless the customer paid thousands extra and then would not take calls, and the other says communication was poor and a batteries-only install due in November 2025 had still not happened by January 2026, with customers passed between departments.
