What we found
Trading: Google still lists Grand Group Australia as open (40 reviews); its website https://grandgroupaus.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
