What we found
Trading: its website http://gosolarnewcastle.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
The 50 most recent of its 109 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Five-star reviews praise the sales and quoting staff for being patient, honest and not pushy, the installers for being tidy, punctual and efficient, and the quick turnaround from quote to install. Some mention the Enphase app and good after-install explanations, and a few praise later performance of the system.
The 1 star reviews say
There are no 1-star reviews. The few lower-rated complaints in the set are about delays waiting for retailers to change the meter or activate the system after install, not about the installer's work.
