What we found
Trading: Google still lists Gnowee Solar Pty Ltd as open (13 reviews); its website https://www.gnoweesolar.com.au/ still loads; it had a SolarQuotes review on 29 October 2026.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

Praise centres on the sales stage: responsive, knowledgeable reps who tailored quotes and explained options without pressure, then a neat, punctual installation completed quickly and tidy, with follow-up help on the app and grid connection.
The 1 star reviews say
The single 1-star review says Gnowee started the system and never finished it, and that after installation the system was not as the original quote stated or as the customer wanted.
