What we found
Trading, restructured: Business name G&A Martin Solar & Electrical cancelled on 10 August 2026, but the business is plainly still trading (Google still lists G & A Martin Solar and Electrical as open (57 reviews); its website http://www.gamartinsolar.com.au/ still loads; ABN 11635092492 (SMART METER SERVICE GROUP PTY LTD) is still active; ABN 34652241462 (OSG ENERGY PTY LTD) is still active). Nothing says the old one failed, so this reads as a move to a new name, ABN or company, not a closure.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the quoting and sales staff (often named Joanie) for clear explanations, honest advice and competitive pricing, and the installers for being on time, tidy, professional and leaving the site clean. Praise runs from the sale through to installation and grid connection, with some noting the system has worked well since.
