What we found
Trading: Google still lists Future Sustainability as open.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
The 5-star reviews praise the sales stage, with one reviewer saying David Gilles gave a clear, personalised estimate of likely generation and savings before install, and others praising the service on their solar system and noting no install delay. Those are the only stages covered; no review comments on after-install support.
