Why we think this
Under threat because Business name EXPLORE OFFGRID cancelled on 15 January 2026. Still trading signs: Google still lists Explore OffGrid as open (4 reviews); its website https://exploreoffgrid.com.au/ still loads; ABN 63725884119 (RICHTER, JAKE KEVIN) is still active. Only a business name has been cancelled. That can mean the business closed, or just that it now trades under another name or ABN. A second source (ABN cancelled, Google closed, dead website) would confirm a closure.
The date comes from: ASIC business names: Business name EXPLORE OFFGRID cancelled.
One sign of trouble (a cancelled name or ABN, a dead website, a run of one star reviews) but not enough to call it closed.
What customers said
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the quality of the gear, that products matched their descriptions, the customer service, and the delivery. One says the tent has held up for over a year with no issues, which is an after-sale comment; the others are written soon after purchase.
