What we found
Trading: Google still lists Essential Energy Solutions as open (62 reviews); its website https://essentialenergysolutions.com.au/ still loads; it had a SolarQuotes review on 2 November 2026.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
