What we found
Trading: Google still lists EOC Energy as open (25 reviews); its website https://eocenergy.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise EOC's responsive, no-pushy sales process, clear pricing and fair quotes, plus neat, on-time installs by its own staff, with some noting good follow-up after installation such as inspection and grid connection help. Praise covers the sale, install and after-install stages.
