Why we think this
Under threat because Solar Directory archived its listing on 13 August 2024 because its website stopped working. Still trading signs: Google still lists Energy Options Australia as open; its website http://www.energyoptionsaustralia.com.au/ still loads; ABN 13125513093 (ANDREW D & DEBRA MCNAIR) is still active. Only its website has gone. Check Google, the phone number and the ABN before treating it as closed.
The date comes from: Last SolarQuotes review (last seen trading).
One sign of trouble (a cancelled name or ABN, a dead website, a run of one star reviews) but not enough to call it closed.
What customers said
11 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the professional, friendly installers, clear explanations of how the system works and app setup, on-time high-quality installs, and good follow-up service, with reduced power bills afterwards.
The 1 star reviews say
One reviewer says the meter was not installed properly and they could not get the company to respond, threatening court action. The other says they were not told when panels would be installed, found unfilled drill holes, waited months for connection despite many calls, and was left with a large bill from the network operator for a meter box upgrade.

If the company that put in your solar or battery has closed, we can check the system, chase the manufacturer's warranty and keep it running.
