What we found
Trading: Google still lists Energy Cloud Australia as open (21 reviews); its website http://www.energycloudaustralia.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the installers as professional, polite and efficient, with one describing a crew of ten finishing a 68-panel system with a Fronius inverter in nine hours and a fair quote. These reviews were written around the time of install, so they say nothing about later support.
