What we found
Trading: Google still lists Energy Aware as open (4 reviews); its website http://www.energyaware.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
The 50 most recent of its 234 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
The 5-star reviews praise the sales process (prompt quotes, clear communication, staff who kept customers informed) and the installation (courteous, tidy crews, no mess left behind, a few praising the app and system output). Most are written shortly after sale or install, with a few noting early production results.
The 1 star reviews say
The single 1-star review complains about after-sales support: an inverter under warranty was still not replaced after eight months of calls and emails, with the customer passed between staff.
