What we found
Trading: its website https://www.empireenergy.net/ still loads; it had a SolarQuotes review on 26 September 2026.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise friendly, punctual sales staff who gave clear, honest quotes and advice, and an installation team that was quick, tidy and left sites clean. Several also mention helpful follow-up after install, such as grid connection help, app setup and check-ins.
